This is a random question test that every NACHI member must pass by 75%. You have 60 minutes
to answer 120 questions about construction and pest issues.
Half of the applicants fail this test. My first time
score was 87%, with 15 minutes to spare. |

a very rounded understanding of all electrical systems.

This is where I learned the majority of my inspection
techniques as well a good understanding of mechanical

Your report will be typed, not hand written, with
digital photos of the areas of concern, noted in
the report. It will be clear and concise. All of
the realtors, that I have worked with like my reports,
because the information is easy to find and not buried
in hundreds of computer generated pages that really
say nothing.
