areas that most home inspectors are going to check out:
Verify Hot Water Tank electrical

Recommend Carbon Monoxide
detectors for home with gas appliances.
Verify fire rated door and
closure device at garage
to living space.
Verify correct installation of
garbage disposal unit.
Verify correct installation of
dishwasher drain hose.
